Fruit Popsicles

Ingredients: Use organic if you can, especially with fruits!
2 cups frozen fruit, in chunks, and in season if possible
1 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup warm water (more if needed)
1 memory of sitting by cool water in the heat of summer

Directions:
Place the frozen fruit, coconut milk, and summer-water memory in your blender. Blend until smooth. Add warm water until the frozen consistency will flow into your popsicle containers.

Depending on the size of your container, this recipe will make 4 to 6 popsicles. If you don’t have popsicle molds, you can use paper cups and insert a popsicle-stick or a light-weight spoon.

Freeze for 4 to 6 hours.

Enjoy!
