Feet...

 My feet carried me so well...
this latest adventure into the land of Mexico...

Into airplanes, large and small...

where my feet dangled over spectacular views...

Into art museums...
full of incredible ancient wonders...

through churches and courtyards...

through jungles in search of exotic butterflies...

to breakfasts that were soooo delicious...

as well as other feasts,
simple, but ever so rich with friends we hold so dear...

and fancy, with ingredients oh so fresh...

my feet ever kept time
to the music as we watched parades...

then stepped right in
to be carried away in a wave of people...

my feet carried me upstairs...

and downstairs through light, shadow, and blossoms...

my feet even carried me into bright hammocks
so my toes could kiss the sky...

Yes... my feet carried me well...
