Stepping Backwards
This is me
stepping backwards
over one of the amazing redstone cliffs
that surround St. George, Utah...
I met many incredible people
during my week at Green Valley Spa,
but there was a special heart recognition
with three beautiful women from Minnesota...
Lindsay, Lisa, & Amy
plunged, zipped, and climbed with me
through the external and internal
landscapes that we explored,
together and individually,
during our time together...
Here is Lindsay...
and Amy....

finding the freedom to dance with the rock
in a whole new way...
I loved the repelling!!!!
Lindsay and Amy
were like Spiderwomen when it came
to rock climbing...
I on the other hand/rope...
failed miserably...<span class="

well... maybe I exaggerate
as you can see here...

and I did make two out of the four climbs...
with the last climb non-negotiable
as that was the only way out of the canyon!!!
for in those failures...
I found my strength to let go
and say that I had accomplished more
than I ever dreamed possible...

if you ever see this particular
smile on my face???
It is a lie!
What I am really thinking and saying here
can not be printed!!!!
But this smile
is genuine
and from the depths of my being...
